SANTA CRUZ, Calif.-Picture messaging company LightSurf Technologies Inc. released its new Global Exchange for MMS product, which the company said offers a real-time content publishing, distribution and management solution for wireless operators and third-party providers of mobile content.

The company said the product allows consumers to easily access and use MMS content and gives operators and content providers a simple way to manage and distribute that content.
