PARIS-Nortel Networks Ltd. said it has received registration with Quality Management Institute for multi-national telecommunication quality standard for its customer care operations in Europe as well as certification for its wireless product management, design, development and introduction.
“Nortel Networks is the first company in the telecommunications equipment industry sector to be certified to IS09001:2000 and TL9000 for customer care in all of its major European regions,” said Carlos Panksep, a QMI executive.
