Comverse adds call management solution to ImPact product line

WOODBURY, N.Y.-Comverse announced the addition of the Notify Me call management solution to its ImPact product portfolio. According to Comverse, Notify Me can increase average revenue per user by generating new operator revenue from uncompleted call attempts. The service uses short message service to alert wireless callers when an unavailable party becomes available.

“Like many of our call management solutions, Notify Me can potentially increase operator income because it is a practical and useful service applied universally to all system users-requiring no promotion, user registration or learning curve,” explained Benny Einhorn, chief marketing officer of Comverse. “Users benefit from increased ease in reaching desired parties.
