TCS gets another E911 deal, this time with Centennial

ANNAPOLIS, Md.- Centennial Communications Corp. announced it will use technology from TeleCommunication Systems Inc. to meet the Federal Communications Commission’s E911 Phase I and II mandates in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The deal follows a previous deal to cover the continental United States.

“The TCS E911 emergency location solution provides Centennial P.R. Wireless with proven technology and unparalleled performance in saving lives,” said Ignacio Angulo, vice president of engineering for Centennial.

TCS has racked up several notable E911 carrier deals in recent weeks.
