DALLAS-Speech application solution provider Preferred Voice Inc. said it has appointed former Microsoft executive Latif Nathani chairman and chief executive officer and has raised $1 million in private placement of equity securities.
The company said Nathani’s appointment signals rejuvenation and its dedication to deploying new speech and non-speech services it has developed during the past year. Preferred Voice plans to use the proceeds from its private equity offering to broaden its marketing efforts and introduce an enhanced product line.
