SEOUL, South Korea-Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. has won an $800 million contract for CDMA2000 EV-DO equipment with Japanese carrier KDDI Corp., according to international press reports.
The firm will supply equipment, along with installation and technology support beginning in March 2006, the reports said.
