CARROLLTON, Texas-CellStar Corp. said it signed an agreement with PhoneCo, a local and long-distance telecom company, to provide logistical support for the company’s new mobile virtual network operator prepaid wireless operation.
CellStar will program, kit and package PhoneCo phones into retail-ready units, said the company, as well as offering return management and asset recovery functions.
