Transpera – Jeff Ballowe and Robert Perkins, former Presidents of Ziff-Davis Interactive Media Division and Chiat/Day New York, respectively, have joined Transpera’s Board of Directors. Ballowe acted as President of Ziff-Davis; Interactive Media Division for 11 years, and Perkins currently serves as President of Consensus Research Group.
WiSpry – Kari-Pekka “K.P.” Wilska has joined the WiSpry Board of Directors. Wilska is the former President of Nokia North America.
Brightpoint -Tom Ridge has been selected to serve as a Class III Director of the Brightpoint Board of Directors. Ridge is the CEO and President of Ridge Global, and was formerly the Secretary of Homeland Security.
