JERSEY CITY, N.J.-Antenna Software Inc. said it has joined with Nextel Communications Inc. via its Nextel Industry Solution Partner program to offer its Antenna A3 Mobile Workforce Solutions to companies as a tool to improve field sales and service organization effectiveness.
The solution will be available on some Nextel Java-enabled handsets and BlackBerry devices on Nextel’s network. Customers will be billed for Nextel and Antenna services in a single monthly bill, said the companies.
Antenna’s solutions include the Mobile Field Services Suite, which provides field engineers with access to customer account information, and the Mobile Field Sales Suite, which provides order status information and helps sales team members close sales, said the company.
