DENVER-American Management Systems Inc. has won a contract to develop a personal communications services customer care and billing platform for U S West’s new PCS services.
The application will be based on American Management System’s Mobile2000 customer management and billing system.
The system will allow U S West to offer fast processing of service requests, automated access to switches for customer activations, call rating and number activity management, flexible billing and responsive handling of account inquiries, credits and collections.
