SAN DIEGO-Leap Wireless International Inc.’s Mexican operating company, Pegaso PCS, will begin launching service in Guadalajara, Jilisco, Mexico, according to the company.
Guadalajara is the second market in Pegaso’s rollout of its Code Division Multiple Access network.
