NEW YORK-Globalstar L.P., shifting focus from a development company to an operating company, named a new senior operating team in preparation for its impending commercial launch.
The low-earth-orbit satellite carrier said it appointed Anthony Navarra, current acting chief operating officer, as president; Gloria Everett as senior vice president of operations; and Joel Schindall as senior vice president and chief engineer.
Megan Fitzgerald was promoted to senior vice president of space operations, from vice president of space systems engineering. Finally, Gerard Canavan was named senior vice president of marketing.
