SCHAUMBURG, Ill.-With an eye on the restaurant business, Motorola Inc. said it has integrated a two-way radio with digital 2.4 GHz cordless-phone capability.
The device bearing these bundled technologies is known as the Motorola CLS 1450c and can switch between two-way radio and telephone functions, according to the company.
The product “helps cut operational costs by reducing the number of communications devices needed, and it also boasts no monthly fees or service contracts,” said Motorola.
