ORLANDO PARK, Ill.-Andrew Corp.’s board of directors has appointed Ralph Faison as chief executive officer and president. Faison, who was formerly president and chief operating officer, succeeds Floyd L. English, who will continue as chairman until February 2004.
“I am pleased to announce Ralph’s appointment as Andrew’s CEO,” said English. “We’ve recently worked together through some challenging times, restructuring Andrew to cut costs and achieve new growth.”
