SASKATOON, Saskatchewan-Canadian Wireless cable and data services provider Image Wireless communications signed a $10 million contract extension for ADC Telecommunications Inc.’s Axity Broadband Wireless Access System, a carrier-class solution enabling providers to deliver two-way data services over the MMDS and MDS spectrum.
“The Axity technology will allow us to offer high-speed, two-way services to both urban and rural, underserved places, giving the residents of Saskatchewan fast access to the Information Superhighway, regardless of their geographic location,” said Kim South, vice president and chief executive officer of Image Wireless.
